How does the program work?
Lessons take place in small groups formed by each child’s age and experience. Every lesson includes a warm-up, a technical focus, game-based drills, and a short match segment. The goal is for every child to feel safe on court and leave each lesson with a small win.
1. Play-based learning
Getting to know the racket, ball control, and the basic shots are all taught through games. Rules, scoring, and playing off the walls are introduced step by step, in language kids can understand.
2. Coordination and agility
Padel is a great foundation for balance, changing direction, rhythm, and hand–eye coordination. Our coaches include short movement exercises in every lesson to build these skills.
3. Team spirit and fair play
Because padel is played in pairs, kids naturally learn to communicate with a partner, wait their turn, and handle both winning and losing.
4. Leveling up
Once the fundamentals are in place, kids move on to more technical shots and match play. For young players aiming to compete, we plan tournament preparation and advanced groups.
